Individual Therapy

A safe and non-judgemental space where people feel they bring their full selves to explore whatever life challenges they may be facing.

Powering human potential

Integrative counselling and psychotherapy services that work with the challenges you face today, surfacing insight from your unique experience of the past that is holding you back from living fully and authentically. Arming you with the tools to help yourself for sustained personal growth and joy.

I'm a fully qualified psychotherapist and member of the BACP having completed my diploma with the CPCAB, with my own private practice where I offer integrative therapy to a range of clients from all walks of life.

I am also a registered Tutor with the CPCAB, training the next generation of counsellors.

Counselling & psychotherapy services with our founder.

My work seeks to provide a safe and non-judgemental space where clients feel they bring their full selves to explore whatever life challenges they may be facing.

Whilst specialising in trauma I work with a variety of different clients with challenges ranging from stress, depression and anxiety to sexual abuse and childhood trauma. Since everyone and our experiences are unique I believe there is no one way to work with my clients. Instead I take an integrative approach using a number of different counselling tools and techniques that I feel will work best with whatever you bring to our sessions together.

The work together is centred whole-heartedly on you and your needs since no two situations or experience of them are ever the same.

Beyond my counselling practice I have of 20 years in the corporate world coaching and developing both individuals and teams through organisational transformation and change. Through that work I have gained a deep appreciation of the impact of change at work and the impact redundancy and retraining (Including my own) has on our lives and sense of self.

Together with my own personal journey this experience has led to a deep appreciation of the many ups and downs that can challenge us on our and that can sometimes block us from living to our full potential.

In my work I draw on all of these experiences, along with a passion for helping others to realise their full potential, to support my clients in their own journeys in becoming closer to and more confident in themselves so they can live full lives, doing what matters most to them.

If you feel I would be able to help you and want to understand a bit more then please drop me an email or call to arrange an initial 30 minute introduction session. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Training, qualifications & experience

My journey to become a counsellor began seven years ago when after many years of unsuccessful IVF I decided to turn what was a very challenging experience into a postive by growing other human beings in an alternative way. I trained part-time in my evenings and had placements in online and face to face with charity services where I still offer my support to this day.

I am currently training in yoga therapy and often integrate the breathing and relaxation techniques into my practice in order to promote a sense of calm and wellbeing and help my clients reconnect.

Im a Level 2 Group Tutor with the CPCAB training the next generation of counsellors as well as being a volunteer counsellor with Trusthouse Children and Young Peoples services.

Outside of my counselling experience I have 20 years coaching and management experience with both large and small teams as well as individuals. I’m a mentor and offer my coaching services integrated into counselling services on request and only if appropriate.
