Why we exist.

We believe for transformation and indeed business to be successful long- term, everything needs to start with the human beings that make the organisation come to being. With the customer, employees and shareholders needs firmly in mind, we find the common ground that knits them together for long term success.

For too long, traditional consultancies have been making money out of failing transformation. With a commercial focus on discrete and disparate projects that enable them to sell headcount and an objective of keeping that headcount in your business as long as possible.

This works against the ultimate goal of successful transformation.

For programs to be truly successful, the solutions built would at some point become business and usual and the need for external consultancies would go away. Traditional consultancy incentives work directly against this ambition, often meaning IP and capability isn’t transferred to the organisation so it can act independently, but instead continues to have to pay for expensive consultants. Over time the experienced and strategic consultants are replaced with more junior members of staff in to maximise longevity of projects. This ensure they can maintain margin as spend on the transformation decreases over time.

Ultimately the employees and customers suffer from the dwindling lack of improvement and long terms distraction from serving and delighting the customer.
